ENOAC may revise the terms and conditions without notice and at its discretion. ENOAC may notify users by way of a general notice on the website. Use of the website after the notification of such revisions will cause your acceptance of these revisions.

All the material presented or otherwise available on the ENOAC website, including without limitation, articles, photographs, images, graphics, icons, media clips, interactive content, code, tests, audio-video sequences and selection arrangements and content on the site are protected by Copyright in accordance with Canadian law and international conventions on the matter. ENOAC owns the Copyright or has acquired the necessary rights or licenses to the material contained in the site. Hardware portions may have been licensed to ENOAC and / or posted on the site by third parties. Any transfer, reproduction, modification, publication, transmission, sale, distribution, performance, representation or exploitation of the website or materials, in whole or part, without the written consent of the ENOAC is strictly prohibited.

User profile and password
Whether you are an artist or craftperson participating in the ENOAC project (or the assignee of a participating artist or craftsperson) or a subscriber using the services of ENOAC (section under development), you can connect to the site at all times to validate or change the personal information associated with your user profile. In consideration of your use of ENOAC and the services it offers, you agree to provide true, current, complete and accurate information, and you are responsible for updating your registration.
To connect to the website, we ask you to provide a user name and a password. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the password and the username. You assume responsibility of any activity on the website using your password or user name. You agree to immediately notify ENOAC of any unauthorized use of your password or your user name or any security breach at info@enoac.ca
Confidentiality and privacy
ENOAC does not divulge to third parties outside the site any information gathered on the site without your prior consent. All your personal information and your contact information remain confidential. In your public profile, your birth year will appear for research purposes.
Only employees and duly authorized representatives of ENOAC may have access to the confidential information contained in your profile on the enoac.ca website, and this, in the strict exercise of their duties.
Security and network efficiency
In no event shall the ENOAC nor any of its directors or employees be held responsible for acts of hacking or be blamed for any loss or damage this may cause to an artist or craftperson participating in ENOAC. The ENOAC website can occasionally fail and some programming errors can be caused by updates or by events beyond the control of the directors or employees. While all reasonable efforts are made to put and maintain the content of the website, errors and / or omissions may occur.
